About Us

Bunbury Settlement Services was established in 1977 and is an independently owned and operated business, specialising in property settlements.

Owner and licensee Lynne Johnston is involved in the day to day running of the office and maintains a hands-on approach with all settlements. Lynne’s industry experience is significant and spans more than 25 years; she is well known for her passion and high-level of customer service.

Lynne’s Personal Assistant, Rebecca, provides friendly and efficient backup, always focusing on the client’s needs. Rhonda completes the team. She has a wealth of conveyancing knowledge gathered over seven years in the industry.

Rose joined BSS in 2005 and is a licensed conveyancer in her own right. She has worked in the industry for over 15 years and is able to advise on some of the more difficult areas of conveyancing such as deceased estates and sub-divisions. Clare became part of the team in 2002 and is Rose’s assistant. She is another contact for your settlement queries.

Graeme came to the business after 20 years working for a major bank. His experience in all aspects of the settlement process has added depth to the team. Sarah’s efficiency ensures all of your settlement requirements are met on time, every time.

Emily and Rosalie are our frontline staff and your first contact with our office. They will deal with your enquiries promptly and efficiently direct you to a conveyancer who can help you. Stacey provides management and financial support so the business remains competitive and professional at all times.
